  • Requesting to have our TKFA Captains purchase for you items from any store and deliver it to you

TKFA Services

Order Related

  • In the search bar, type any store name or pin on map
  • Choose your delivery location, and enter your order details
  • If the store is not showing up. You can pin any pick up location on the map, and enter the store name or place for your Captain.
  • Once you accept an offer from a captain, a chat will be available, as well as captains’ phone number to contact.
  • The delivery fees are based from offers you receive from Captains
  • Delivery fees include 15% VAT
  • TKFA accepts the following payments:
    • ApplePay
    • Credit Card/Mada,
    • STC Pay
    • Cash
    • TKFA points

Yes, you are able to place multiple requests on the app. 

  • From the second tab on the bottom of your homepage. View latest and past orders
  • Click on past order, reorder and edit/add any details
  • The user can cancel the order within 2 minutes of placing the order.

  • The captain can cancel the order at any point if the invoice hasn’t been issued.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once an invoice has been issued.

  • You may cancel orders before a Captain issues an invoice by clicking on the three dots on the bottom, in the chat screen

  • On the chat screen, click on the three dots on the bottom, and choose “file a complaint”

Order Related

  • In the search bar, type any store name or pin on map

Coupons & Rewards

  • Click on the Coupons icon, or from the settings page

  • Click on the code to copy

  • Paste the code in the “Add Coupon” section

  • Profile->My Coupons

  • Click on the Rewards icon, or from settings

  • Select redeem to wallet or rewards items

  • Redeem reward items, & continue to place an order with the reward

  • After receiving an invoice from the captain, in the payment method page
  • Enable “use balance” (cash from converted points from the Rewards page)

  • Adding favorite cities, for Domestic Orders, that you would like to receive notifications on from available Captains.

  • e.g. You are based in Jeddah, and have added Riyadh as a preferred city. You’ll receive a notification on available Captains coming from Riyadh to Jeddah, and are willing to accept orders.

  • Short videos available in the Rewards page.
  • Earn daily points by watching available videos.

  • From the Profile page->Refer a friend

  • Share the code to friend & family
  • To apply, code must be pasted into the Referral code section. 
  • Profile->General Settings->Appearance->enable light or dark

Captain FAQs

  • Toggle between online or offline

  • Online mode to remain active and receive new orders

  • Offline mode to silence new orders

  • The suggested offer is automatically calculated based on distance from Store to Drop off point & the time of day

  • Peak hours have higher delivery fee suggestions, as well as earning extra bonus points for completing orders.
  • Home->Wallet tab->Withdraw balance->Enter amount to withdraw to your bank account.

  • Withdraw to SNB account: multiple times per day

  • Withdraw to Non-SNB accounts: once every 24 hours

  • If you’re traveling and returning back to your home city.

  • You may schedule travel details to receive requests from customers to buy or pick up items in your current city, and have it delivered when you return home.
