Integration Process:
Integration of your store into our platform will be conducted via the DELIVERECT platform. This process will ensure a smooth and efficient transition, and we will provide any necessary support throughout.
Exposure & Visibility Support:
As a partner, we will provide your store with several opportunities for exposure to reach more customers on the TKFA app, including:
For the first year of our partnership, all advertisement placements will be provided free of charge. We can also assist in creating ad banner visuals for your store/offer.
However, we kindly request that you provide us with offers for customers (such as free delivery, set delivery fees, % discount on items etc…)
2) Marketing & Promotion Support
TKFA will be able to provide marketing support to boost the visibility of our merchant partners. This support includes creating visuals for in-app Banner and Story Highlight placements, and social media promotion content on our channels.
These strategic marketing efforts are designed to enhance merchant reach, facilitate customer acquisition, and increase sales.
3) Commission Structure:
We understand that as a new venture, our partnership should be as beneficial to you as it is to us. Therefore, we are offering a low commission rate for the first year of our agreement. For confidentiality reasons, we have not included the specific percentage in this document. Please contact us directly to discuss this in further detail.
4) Offer Costs and Delivery Fee Subsidies:
a) The Store shall be responsible for covering the costs associated with any promotional offers made through TKFA app, including delivery fee subsidies.
b) The Store agrees to reimburse TKFA for eligible delivery fees incurred as a result of honoring these promotional offers.
5) Payment Terms:
i) Commission Payment:
The store agrees to pay the commission amount specified in the invoice payable by the end of each month. TKFA will provide an invoice to the merchant seven days prior to the payment due date. The invoice will include the total commission due, as well as a breakdown of each order’s sales.
ii) Offer Subsidies Payment:
If the store provides offer subsidies to TKFA customers, the store agrees to pay the total offer subsidies due as specified in the invoice. The invoice will clearly outline the amount of offer subsidies incurred based on the given offer and the number of customers who availed the offer through TKFA.
It is the store’s responsibility to review the invoice and ensure timely and accurate payment of both the commission and offer subsidies as outlined.
