Loyalty Program

  • All new users will begin with the Bronze membership. You will then start earning points, upgrade to the next tier, and redeem more rewards!
  • Points are earned by completing actions: Placing Orders, Watch to Earn videos, and Sharing the app.
    • For Captains, the same follows, with additional bonus points during peak hours.
  • Each tier unlocks more benefits, rewards, and point multipliers.
  • Each tier requires certain points to unlock.
  • At each tier, you will be able to maintain, upgrade to the next tier, or downgrade to lower tier for inactivity.
  • All users will earn points by placing/completing orders, Watch to Earn videos, and sharing the app.
  • With Bronze:
    • For every completed order: 50 points (Tier point multiplier – Silver x1.2 / Gold x1.5 / Elite x2.2)
    • Watch & Earn: 5 points per video (watch limits per day)
    • Sharing the app: 100 points (User must complete 1 order to earn the points)
    • Captains: for every completed delivery: 50 points (extra points during Peak Hours)
    • Captains: For for every completed delivery (Domestic): 100 points
  • From the rewards page: you can view your current points, points to upgrade or to maintain, and redeem to wallet or rewards.
  • Points earned can be converted into in-app currency that can be used to deduct invoice orders or redeemed for exclusive rewards.
  • Captains: Convert points to Wallet that can be withdrawn to bank account or redeemed for exclusive rewards.
  • Each tier requires certain points to unlock.
    • Silver: 800 points
    • Gold: 3,000 points
    • Elite: 7,000 points

Each tier provides points multiplier and exclusive offers.

  • Silver:
    • Silver members will earn x1.2 bonus points for completed orders.
    • Unlock 1x Free Delivery reward with 1,000 points.
    • Redeem exclusive offers & rewards available for Silver members only.
  • Gold:
    • Gold members will earn x1.5 bonus points for completed orders.
    • Unlock 2x Free Delivery reward with 3,000 points.
    • Redeem exclusive offers & rewards available for Gold members only.
  • Elite:
    • Elite members will earn x2.2 bonus points for completed orders.
    • Unlock 4x Free Delivery reward with 7,000 points.
    • Redeem exclusive offers & rewards available for Elite members only.
  • Each tier requires certain points to maintain level.
  • Once a new tier is unlocked, to maintain status, you would need to collect the minimum points needed before the expiry date.

  • The expiry date resets each time you collect the minimum points needed to maintain current tier.
    This gives you more chances of upgrading to the next tier, while you remain enjoying your current tier benefits.

  • Minimum points to maintain before the expiry date:
    • Bronze: 500 points – within 35 days.
    • Silver: 800 points – within 35 days.
    • Gold: 1,500 points – within 45 days.
    • Elite: 3,000 points – within 55 days.
  • Redeeming points will not affect your points status to maintain or upgrade to next tier.

  • Not maintaining the minimum points for each tier before the set expiry date, will result in downgrading to the tier below.
  • You will not lose your points when downgrading from Elite, Gold, or Silver.
  • Bronze will lose points & reset if 500 points are not maintained within 35 days.

  • Once a new tier is unlocked, to maintain status, you would need to collect the minimum points needed before the expiry date.
